FAQ

• ●I use a guest house for the first time, and I am a woman who travels alone. Is it safe?●

   Female staff is stationed in our guest house, so whenever you have a problem or something, we will gladly help you. and also we have FEMALE dormitory room.

• ●Can we stay with young children?●

   We have a certain child policy in each room.

  Children under 5 years old can not be accommodated.
  Children over 6 years old can stay only in a private room. (NOT in a dormitory room)
  Children over 6 years old are considered as adults and expected to pay the room charge.(same amount with adults)

  Children under 18 years old cannot be accommodated in dormitory room.

• ●Each room does not have a key. Is it safe if I leave my valuables in my room?●

   We have the lockers for your valuables. Please keep all of your valuables in the locker.
  Dormitory rooms don’t have a key, but private rooms have a key.

• ●Do you have meal service?●

  We do have breakfast service for FREE.  ( 7:00～9:30 )

• ●When is the lights-out?●

   The lights-out is at 23:00. (The bed has the curtains and a light.)
  Please keep quiet not to bother other guests between 23:00 and 7:00 as we are very old wooden house, so our soundproofing is not enough.

• ●Do you have a curfew?●

   A front door will be locked at 23:00, but you can enter anytime with pass cord which we give you when you check in.

• ●Are there any parking space?●

   We are sorry we don’t have.
  Please use the coin operated parking space nearby which you need to pay.
  You can park the bicycles in front of us though.

• ●Is it possible to reserve a dormitory room as a private room?●

   If you would like to reserve a dormitory as a private room, you have to stay more than 3 nights and have to pay full room price.
  Basically, we give priority to solo travelers to use a dormitory room.
  If you are not a solo traveler, please kindly consider to book for a private room.

• ●Is it possible to do early check-in and late check-out?●

   We are sorry that we don’t accept it. Please check in and check out with the certain time.

• ●Can we leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out?●

   Yes, you can. You can do from 7:00 on your check-in date and until 22:30 on your check-out date.

• ●Do you have toilets and shower rooms in each room?●

   No, we don’t have. All of toilets and shower rooms are shared with all of guests.
  We have 4 toilets and 2 shower rooms.
